DESCRIPTION


   The solid core fiber is filled with a highly flexible acrylate prepolymer inside a fluorocarbon resin tube and then cured to form an optical fiber. A transparent PVC jacket is applied to the outside of the fiber to form a through-hull light emitting fiber optic cable. By adding a 2mm black PVC jacket, the light intensity at the end is enhanced, thus improving the shortcomings in the application. Fiber optics have two main luminous effects: “side light fiber” and “tail light fiber”. The luminous effect of fiber optics is similar to that of traditional neon lights, and can be used for contour lighting, signage, logos, etc. At the same time, it has obvious advantages over traditional neon lights, such as: it can be powered by a remote power supply, and the color can be changed. When the side light fiber is used, the whole fiber core and fiber jacket can emit light in a balanced way.
